Service Description

This class is a painting class for adults with special needs. The students will learn painting skills, color mixing and some drawing skills. As a group they will work on social skills, communication skills and turn taking, as the instructor will work with each student individually. We will be using the “artis4every1” method of painting. This method starts with painting the background then moving to the foreground. The instructor will provide pictures for the students to look through and pick one to paint. This allows them to paint what inspires them. The students will use acrylic paint, apron and supplies will be provided. However please have the students wear appropriate clothes to paint in. Each student will complete 4 paintings during the 8 weeks. *First time participants will be charged a $10 registration fee. An invoice will be sent to you after you sign up
