Service Description

A new class designed to learn and practice creative ways of being zenfull. This class will help encourage some daily living skills around recognizing ways to help manage daily life creatively. Each class will have a weekly practice of mediation, journaling and experiencing a new way of finding creative mindfulness. Come join the fun, spending time with friends and finding your inner peace!
