Service Description
This class is designed to focus on basic yoga poses and with fun flow sequences to string them together. There are three parts to this yoga class; the warm up, the body of the work and the cool down. Every pose has modifications and accommodations that can be used to help with each individual’s unique needs. This class can be done on a yoga mat, in a chair or any position that makes the participant comfortable. We focus on breathing to bring us in and out of the poses, as well as using it to relax into Savasana, the ending pose of the cool down portion. In Savasana, participants are laying on their mat ( unless in a chair or preferring to sit up),with their eyes closed, listening to music, and being present in the moment. The teacher will lead the class, as well as walk around and help each individual that needs support.
