This class is designed to focus on the basic yoga poses and with fun flow sequences to string them together. There are three parts to this yoga class: the warm up, the body work, and the cool down. Every pose has modifications and accommodations that can be used tio help with each individual 's unique needs. This class can be done on a yoga mat, in a chair or any positions that makes the participant comfortable. We focus on breathing bring us in and out of the oases, as well as using it to relax into Shivasana, the ending pose of the cool down portion. In Shivasana, participants are laying on there mat ( unless in a chair or preferring to sit up) With eyes closed, listening to music and being present in the moment. The teacher will lead the class, as well as walk around and help each individual that needs support.
