Our inclusive visual arts programs are designed to foster artistic expression and personal growth in adults with disabilities.

Individual Art Classes: These personalized sessions provide a supportive environment for artistic exploration. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants can experiment with various mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpting, and mixed media. Each class is tailored to individual interests and abilities, encouraging self-expression and skill development.

Painting Classes: Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of painting! Our engaging painting classes utilize the "artis4every1" method, a structured approach that simplifies the process and promotes artistic success. Students will learn fundamental painting techniques, color mixing, and basic drawing skills. We'll work together on social skills, communication, and turn-taking while the instructor provides personalized guidance.

Multi-Media Classes: Art History, Art Technique, Historical (Calendar) Inspiration, Time Period: Each visit we will be offering a unique multimedia art project. The instructor will give step by step instructions for each project. The instructor will talk about art history, artists or technique based on the project for that day. We will use tools such as paint, pencils, markers, clay, watercolors and much more. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn about and create wonderful masterpieces.

Pottery Classes: Pottery Wheel (Constructed and fired at a different location): Join us to create art with clay! Students will learn coiling, slab work, and pottery wheel techniques to make pots, mugs, and vases. Pieces will be fired outside the studio and returned for painting and glazing. The class lasts 1 hour, with 15 minutes for cleanup.

Animation and Illustration Classes: Drawing Arts and Rec, LLC Disney animation class is a wonderful class for any one who loves disney. Come join us and learn the history of each movie, create character drawings, and listen to music. We will provide the instructor and all the supplies. You provide your imagination and creativity!.
