Meet the Team
Updated: Nov 16, 2022

Arts and Rec,LLC has grown over the past few years to offer more services to our wonderful students. Our team works hard to bring the most to each of their classes and we’re excited to properly introduce everyone. . .
Julie Quill

Julie Quill, is a local artist and educator. As our CEO, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts (concentration in crafts) as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, both from Bridgewater State University. She has also studied at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, and has a Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Recreation from SUNY Cortland. She successfully passed the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certifications exam, and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
Julie has been painting with acrylic and oils for over twenty years and has had her work displayed in several local exhibits on the South Shore, as well as a traveling art show in California. Besides painting, Julie loves weaving: learning different patterns, as well as putting different textures and colors together with the yarn.
Her dedication and commitment to sharing the arts with students comes from her son, who has autism. Sean has inspired Julie to use my talents and education to show how art can not only be fun but also be used to express oneself. As a parent of a child with special needs, Julie understands that it can be difficult to find extracurricular activities that are fun, supportive, and safe.
Eileen Devine

Eileen is our full-time office manager. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University Providence, RI with a bachelor's degree in hospitality business management and has been lucky enough to live in many New England states.
Eileen holds a level two certificate in Reiki healing energy. She has been a practitioner for the last three years, and feels that the healing energy a person can receive from Reiki is so soothing and calming.
Prior to covid, Eileen owned and operated a cookie business, baking and selling Gluten free cookies at farmers markets and in local stores, and helped to manage a local coffee shop. Meeting so many people has been an inspiration and Eileen is inspired and amazed by the many talents and achievements each individual possesses at Arts and Rec.
One of Eileen’s favorite things to do is go on “field trips” with her nieces and nephews around New England, which is full of history and hidden gems. She loves finding places to see and things to learn and explore in our own backyards.
Peterson Muldoon

Peterson is a storyboard artist and animator from Mansfield, MA. He graduated with a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2021.
Peterson has a deep passion for animation and film, devoting himself to creating characters and stories that entertain and brighten people’s days.
Aside from art, Peterson indulges himself in European comics, "Making of" documentaries, audiobooks, and riding around on his push scooter.
You can check out some more of Peterson's personal work on Instagram.
Alisa Parker

Alisa is a mixed media artist and esthetician from plymouth. She has a BA from BSU in Graphic Design and illustration, is a board certified esthetician from Spa Tech Institute and a Soul Couage Facilitator.
Art and Beauty are her passions and she has gained much experience over the years teaching in both areas. She is an active member of the Plymouth center from the arts and facilitated art camp during the summer. Currently Alisa works as an esthetician at Mirbeau and has her own business “Soulshine Studio” where she does esthetic treatments and also expressive art classes.
Helping people feel good in their skin, both literally and figuratively has always been her goal. Adding ARTS AND REC to her work life fits in perfectly with this goal as she believes art is for all and loves helping people to express themselves.
Marissa Crisafulli

Marissa started at Arts and Rec last year as a summer intern, helping with art classes and office work. When she returned this year, she got certified in Drums Alive ® so she could start teaching classes.
Marissa will be entering her senior year at Western New England University this fall. She is working towards a Psychology major with a Criminal Justice minor. She is also a Peer Mentor for incoming freshmen and on the cross country team.
